Very stiff, which is a good thing for me. I have it mounted at a 45 degree angle with my phone, case, and wireless charger head, and I do some rough off-road in my Jeep without it bending or slipping. It's better than I thought it would be.

I bought this with plans to use it to hold a small tablet. I started by making sure the windows were clean and streak free. I removed the plastic from the suction cups and tried to attach them to the windshield. With nothing attached to the device it stayed on the windshield for less than 10 seconds. I warmed up the suction cups on the defroster of the vehicle and tried again. Same results fell off in a few seconds. Moistened the suction cups and tried again. This time they stayed up for 14 seconds. Repeated these tests on an other vehicle and on a sheet of flat glass with the results being pretty much the same. Nice concept. Poor execution. I would not trust any device I own to this holder. I do not recommend it.

I had single suction cup falling off over rough roads, I haven't tried this on rough roads yet but from all tests I am sure it will hang on

Perfect fit for my ram system

I have genuine Ram products and this is the first time I purchased an alternative ball mount product. I did this because it was significantly cheaper and it was to mount things inside a vehicle so less chance of breakage or loss if it breaks.I am pleasantly surprised how good it is. It gets a thumbs up from me as it serves the purpose.
