This is the perfect base for a PS5. It conveniently charges both controllers and the fan is so quiet that you can’t even tell it’s running. It screws in which makes the PS5 stable with no worries if it falling off the stand. Color matches the PS5 perfect and no assembly is even needed! Highly recommend!

This charger is very good. It is not fast charger but it works very well since we bought and difficult to break.

We bought this for my son's Ps5 & overall really happy with this little stand. I love that you have zero setup except plugging in the power cord so the controllers can stay charged & simplifies not losing controllers. I also really like the spot for the remote control for TV (we didn't have his in the slot at the moment, because we take the power remote before bedtime so he doesn't get up in the middle of the night to play his games). I also had no idea that the Ps5 gaming system gets so hot, so this seems to really make a difference in keeping the set cooler & not feeling like it's about to explode because its so hot. My only issue is the slots for the actual games to go in doesn't really seem to keep the games secured very well. But it's not a deal breaker for me (I would have only taken half a star in the rating, but it made me answer with 4 stars). To be honest I haven't messed with it a whole lot to retry, so Im sure I'll come up with something to secure the games better in the stand. The value for the money is excellent. Just having the cooling part & the charging part for the controllers was worth it for me. Hope that helps

I just received this stand/station for Christmas......so I haven't had it long and will probably post follow-up reviews as time passes :). I can say this......regardless of its functionality - it's a great station to store all of your stuff for immediate access. I have read several reviews that criticize the longevity of the DualSense Controller charging ports. My initial observation leads me to believe that they are "cheaply" constructed. The best advice I can give concerning this issue is to take care when placing the controllers in these ports as it seems it will be easy to bend the "connector" pins (I also received the OEM PS5 controller charging station as another gift so that reduces my worry).Another reviewer questioned the functionality of the cooling fan. Whether or not the fan itself is enough to keep the console from overheating by itself is a topic for debate......but if you are trying to determine whether or not the fan works at all......just take a small strip of toilet paper and hold it against the fan port. If the fans are working, the toilet paper will move (more or less depending on what fan setting you are using).In closing, the station is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and extremely functional as a storage unit for most of your accessories and games. Beyond that...only time will tell. I plan on continuing to be gentle when putting my controllers in their port so as not to bend the pins and servicing the fan periodically with "canned" air to remove dust build-up. However, even without the additional cooling features, I would have purchased this item as a stand-alone accessory storage device.

There are so many listings for cooling stands and they all had their issues. I chose this one because I didn’t want to use the PlayStation ports to power it. It has its own power cord and that’s the best part. It was easy to install - one simple screw. It’s sturdy enough considering the ps5 is monstrous compared to the 4. I haven’t used the fan for any length of time but it’s quiet enough.BUT (and here’s the disappointing part) one of the charging cradles doesn’t work - and it’s the front one so that’s extra irritating. On good day, when the stars align and the wind is just right, I can push and jiggle the controller into the perfect position and it’ll start charging… but it only lasts for like a second so I don’t even bother trying anymore. I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue so I’m not even bothering to return it. I was looking for cheap with specific features and I got what I paid for. Bottom line, if you’re looking to avoid taking up your USB ports, this is a decent option. Just don’t expect that there won’t be other sacrifices, I guess.
