This is a great natural appetite suppressant they work great

Been on this supplement for almost 3 weeks. Consistent appetite suppression kicked in after 8-9 days and it really does curb the cravings and makes me feel very full after a normal meals. Not as hungry throughout the day. Expect headaches for the first week and bloating for the first two. Will be ordering more.

Fair price, works well

I have been taking this for years.I originally tried it because I read in a women's magazine that it was an appetite suppressant. It did not do that that for me, but I noticed my joint pain was less and looked it up and some folks use it for joint pain. I usually buy the same brand , but this one was a little cheaper so I tried it. The capsules are covered on the outside with the powder from the capsules. Don't know if one broke open or what, but the powder doesn't taste good and is throughout this rather large bottle. Won't buy this brand again.

This really does WORK!! I was amazed at how this took my appetite away...and also helped me lose some stubborn pounds that had taken me about 7 months to lose! However.... It also seemed to affect my mood in a negative way. I noticed that I kept feeling REALLY down while I was taking it. I hated to stop because it worked so well!! But I had to stop at least for awhile so I'd feel better. Sure enough, when I stopped taking this, I felt better. But of course my appetite returned more. So......I may try them again at some point. So use with caution.
