How much kale is in one scoop of powder? As one scoop of powder has the equivalent of x cups of kale?

Dehydrated food retains all of the same nutrients, including caloric content. So if there is 36 calories per serving of kale and 4 calories per serving of the powder, then 36/4=9 servings (4 and 1/2 scoops) of the powder to equal one serving of fresh kale (130g).

Dont see on the bag where it is grown?is it grown in ca or just packaged here. product of usa doesnt mean it was grown in the usa.

I thought I knew this answer when I bought it. It says “Product of USA”, which automatically makes you think it is grown here. Your question made me think about it and when I looked at my bag, I realized it really does not say it is grown in California or the US. I tried to find information on MicroIngredients Superfoods and see if they would be more specific about it. Found their website and read several pages. Can you show me where the kosher symbol is?

I checked my package and used a magnifying glass on the small print. There is no kosher symbol on this package nor any hint anywhere that it is kosher. Hope this helps you.
