This book lists lists of good information on homeopathic remedies and cell salts, which is exactly what I was looking for. However I can find no way to contact the author for clarification of the cell salts instructions used frequently which says to " alternate daily taking 4 salts 2 at a time" or something similar. I find this confusing and wish for an example, such as take 2 of salt #1 4 times on Monday, and 2 of salt # 2 4 times on Tuesday, etc, or perhaps every salt is taken 4 times every day, that's a lot of stopping and remembering to keep up with .
