Not bad as a substitute
Not much taste but also not offensive. Texture is a little odd but not terribly so. While it's not perfect, it will at least allow me to make some pasta recipes again. I think that by using stronger spices next time, it could improve significantly. Recommended for low carb lifestyle, as long as you're not expecting a perfect pasta substitute.

Les pâtes sont entièrement toutes cassées ce ne sont plus des fettucini mais petits morceaux, et je n'arrive pas à le faire remplacer dans ma commande, je tourne en rond dans le système d'échange

Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised at this product. Have been doing low carb so pasta has been off my diet, but this is a game changer. Use a good quality sauce and can’t tell the difference.

Great product - pricey!
Love this product, great on a Keto low carb program. NO SMELL!Takes on the flavor of your sauce or soup. I was disappointed in the price- found the product elsewhere at a better price.
