Yes. Does have the parking brake lever attached. If you have not replaced rear shoes on a Colorado previously be advised that you should carefully study the whole setup before you disassemble, and that tha various springs are difficult to deal with. This does not reflect on the replacement shoes. Strong hands, an open mind, and great patience are absolutely necessary for do-it-yourselfers.
