Love the colour but it doesn’t seem to keep drinks hot as long as expected. Claims 24 hours heat or cold - it only does so for around 5 hours. Having owned a few vacuum flasks that don’t work I carefully researched & ordered this on the basis of a good ‘Which?’ report and so I was expecting great things. The outer lid gets quite warm wch indicates it’s losing heat. So it doesn’t keep the heat well. The handle (which has metal attachments) makes a dreadful clattering noise every time it’s moved. Looks great but I’d not buy it again.

Seriously hacked off. Boxed shipped in perfect no signs of damage at all. open the box, remove packaging and plastic bag wrapper and can see before removed all damaged. Dent on the side too plus the scratches. It looks like a scam selling old for new product. Avoid total misleading and breaks consumer rights.

I like this flask primarily because its method of allowing the user to pour without removing the inner stopper is so simple, therefore likely to remain effective for many a long year to come. It's well and truly worthy of the Thermos name and it fits in the cubby box between the cab seats in my camper van, meaning that I don't have to clamber over the engine hump to retrieve my refreshment from a cupboard in the galley. OK, so I could get out, walk round to the side door, get inside, place the flask on the passenger seat from behind, then get out, close the door, walk back to the driver's door, etc...😁Simplicity works every time, so buy one, it's a good flask and the price paid was very fair.👍👍👍👍👍

Bought to replace old thermos which has had one too many uses and it’s starting to show it’s age.Slightly bulky for carrying about it hillwalking but if you have a larger bag and don’t mind the slight weight increase of a flask then this is ideal.On first use water boiled and pouted in flask at 7am, still boiling hot when used at 2am and when pouring out the remainder at 10pm, there was still enough heat for a cup of tea!Recommend a bottlebrush to help clean if putting anything other than hot/cold water in.

I am so pleased. Did not realise previous was so ineffective. As long as not open up fully have hot water 16+ hours later, could be beyond but have not needed to try. The temp goes down but still too hot to drink without sipping. Handle does not folder away easily. Got the gold and colour is fantastic. Partial release of screw cap allow water to be poured. Some heat escapes via cup area , but not sufficient to drop a star. Not tried keeping cold yet.
