I haven't been using it long but I love their green powder so thought this might be good too. I haven't seen health benefits specifically but the taste with this is pleasant unlike others I've tried. Just know it is pretty sweet, though with monk fruit, nothing bad tasting. I usually use much less than recommended or it makes my smoothies too sweet.
