Great bookshelf, it gets the job done and done right for a low price. The frontal pillars are plastic, but that does not effect sturdiness or beauty. Very easy and quick to assemble- a complete beginner could do it. I’ve bought this a few weeks ago and time has proven its sturdiness. Mine is jam pack full of books and other decorations and it has shown no signs of breaking. It is on the smaller side, but that is exactly what I wanted and expected. In my opinion, the design is rather charming and looks better in real life. No complaints here at every angle, only praise.

I just got this yesterday and I assembled it very quickly. I absolutely love it! The delivery man handed it to me and was very kind by bringing it inside. I assembled it in less than 15 minutes. It's very sturdy furniture, beautiful color and it held my stuff as I so desperately needed at the moment. Great price as well on tight budgets. I highly recommend this product! The bookcase arrived with no instructions which made putting it together more complicated than it needed to be. Not sure if that’s the norm and they just expect you to figure it out on your own or I was just unlucky. I used the photo on the Amazon listing as reference to put it together.I noticed a few scuffs right away but not big enough that warranted putting all of it back in the box and shipping it back. The tubes are made of plastic and the shelves are presswood. The shelves are thin and clearly wouldn’t be able to hold anything too heavy.I added a photo of the final result. I put the heaviest items (book collection) on the bottom shelf. I think it actually looks nice and works great for my kids’ room. However, I wouldn’t recommend putting any heavy items or too many books on either one of the 2 top shelves. They just don’t feel strong enough.

According to the price satisfactory and easy to assemble.

I put the shelf up within 20 min so easy to assemble. It is sturdy and the legs are not wooden it's like a high-grade plastic (not too high lol). I am still amazed at how easy it was to assemble also it's really sturdy as you can see mine is on carpeted floor. The laminate on the work is really nice and its simple, quaint it feels in perfectly in the little space I had available.

These shelves are perfect for small spaces. They are sturdy but be aware of the weight limit of 15lbs per shelf.Not an issue for us but would not work for heavy items. Easy to assemble. I had a problem with the Top seatedattachment for the poles popping out when I attached the back but as the shelves were completely assembled at that point I used some glue to reseat the fixtures and have no other issue. Selves are in use and good so far.

Now that it's put together, it works well in the narrow area I wanted it. I have been assembling bookcases and other furniture pieces together, seems like forever, so, I am familiar with assembling such items. I bought this one because I've had good experiences with assembling Furinno products in the past. I did not think the instructions were clear about where to attach the nail leg piece. there was no predrilled hole or mark on the particle board to show exactly where to hammer it in. You will need a phillips head screwdriver, and either a rubber mallet or small hammer to put this together.

I usually read reviews before deciding on whether or not to buy an item. But I didn't do that before purchasing THIS item. I read the reviews AFTER I made the purchase, and after reading some of the negative reviews, I started to worry that I might have made a mistake buying this shelf. But, after receiving it and putting it together, I'm happy that I did. It wasn't too difficult to assemble, it's sturdy, looks nice and fits perfectly in the space that I placed it in. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm going to buy another one, soon, to place against the wall in the hallway near the kitchen.
