Our Artemisinin is doctor formulated to be one of the strongest on the market. It is a lactone derived from the Artemisia annua plant, also known as Qinghaosu, Sweet Annie herb, or sweet wormwood. It is made with maximum strength Artemisinin (98% purity) to ensure high potency. The Artemisia plant (sweet wormwood plant) contains only 0.3-0.5% artemisinin, which means our product provides HUNDREDS of times more of the active constituent artemisinin than the common extract that most competitor products contain. We also never use artificial fillers (no magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no titanium dioxide).

Unfortunately, we consider where we source our material and who we use as manufacturers as a trade secret. This is because there are a lot of copycats in this industry that may try to take our manufacturers or suppliers and use that knowledge for themselves.

We only source the highest quality materials from around the world. Every ingredient in every product is different, so a particular product might be best be sourced from different places. For example, policosanol is widely known to be best sourced from Cuba, while Tongkat Ali is best sourced from Indonesia. We try to source each ingredient from its best place of origin so as to give you the very best and most potent product. Also, all manufacturing facilities are in the USA. We test all raw materials before they go into production, and we third party test our finished products to ensure they meet label claim and are safe.

However, we can discuss with you our sourcing practices and how we ensure that our product are the very best on the market.

In regards to our sourcing practices, our R&D has a certified doctor on staff and is heavily involved with our manufacturers for EVERY PRODUCT to make sure the raw materials used meet whatever criteria we set in our formulas, from natural status to purity. We make sure we meet all these criteria before manufacturing ever begins.

Now, let me go into a bit of how we screen the manufacturers and suppliers we consider working with and how we determine which manufacturers we feel safe working with. Hopefully, this will help give you an understanding of what we go through to make sure our manufacturers adhere to the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

We start out with a survey for them to fill out as a part of our vetting process.

In this survey, each prospective manufacturer provides information on aspects of their business. From there, we ask them follow up questions regarding their processes and/or request supplementary documentation to support claims made in their survey.

This ranges from their standard operating procedures to GMP (good manufacturing practices) audits. Primarily we look for manufacturers that are NSF certified as they have more stringent quality standards than other third party quality systems audits (I can confirm this from personal experience), and for a facility to keep their certification they have to meet criteria set by NSF, which are higher than what the FDA requires.

Regarding sourcing and purity of our raw ingredients, we go beyond the normal required testing.

For example, the FDA at minimum, only requires one type of testing as a part of a release for products. So to save on cost, most manufacturers will only do identity testing to confirm a product’s quality as that is normally the cheapest option.

We as a company decided to make our manufacturers do additional potency testing on all finished goods to make sure our products meet our label claim, which can be missed by doing identity testing alone.

As someone with an actual background in quality control/assurance, I think this allows our company to stand out. It’s really important to me that we do things the right way and I feel we are taking steps towards being a better company everyday.

The expiration date is printed on the bottom of all our product bottles. Each batch has a different expiration date, but we guarantee all our products are well within the "best by" date. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement bottle.
