i alternate between this shampoo and the Art Naturals shampoo for hair loss. i have noticed i am only losing 1/3 to 1/2 as much hair in my brush then i have in months. hope that helps.

I only wash my hair every 2-3 days. I can’t see using it everyday being a problem. It smells great and I have already recommended it to friends. Definitely will purchase again!
