More of an update: I found out they make waterproof wire nuts with electroless gel inside them so that’s what I’m changing over to. Some lights have gone out but I really do love the lights.Update: So the lights I thought went bad, it turns out the original connectors that come with the lights corrode after about a year. I switch to a different style connector and the lights work great again. I’ll post pictures of the old and new connectors. Great lights!!First off, for the price and quality it’s the best deal around. You can’t touch Fullmetal, RBG, yard lighting for anything close to this price.Pros:I’ve be using these lights for a year now, I love that I can change the colors, themes, and the lights are made of full metal no plastic,Easy to install, very bright, with adjustable brightness, and individual lights can be turned on or off all my remote.The cons: if the lights are too close together you’ll change multiple lights at the same time.I have had about four lights go out on me in the last year; however, the seller is amazing. They’ve given me no hassle to replace my lights that have went out. If they live up to the 50,000 hours at the rate that I run my lights they should last around 20 years. So far all the rest of been great and I’ll definitely buy more products from this company. If I didn’t have any lights go out in the last year I would give them six stars. Great product not perfect, but the customer service makes up for a lot. Hope this help someone.Northwest so lots of weather changes.

This review will be what was great, not so great and what needs to be improved. I was aware of the long wait time but it was compounded by the bad weather. When the box came everything was included as stated and well wrapped. When installing the connectors they worked well and I used a dielectric grease for extra peace of mind. Lights claim 14 watts so I expected a brighter light but were acceptable. I used these mainly to highlight an above ground pool, outside a deck and three that are on high 4X4 poles shinning into the water. One light did not work so I emailed company and they sent me two for my trouble which was greatly appreciated. The U bracket could have been a little thicker but everything else seemed well constructed. To wrap this up it is a 5 star purchase, I would buy and will buy more for the front yard, and would recommend these to anyone. One last thing when putting on the connectors make sure you screw in completely to puncture the cable takes a little strength to do this.

Bought the 24 pack, had to assemble each light onto its support, so not a big deal. I bought the lights with the transformer and the spool of wire. Made it really easy to get up and running in one afternoon. I installed them on a hill in my backyard to highlight my garden at night. It looks great. The lights are plenty bright enough. I have to actually turn them down a bit. I just installed them yesterday, so can't talk to the longevity as of today. But will report if they go out. So far they seem to have a good system. Easily mounted the transformer and hook up the wire. Then laid out the wire in my garden. Attached lights one at a time where i needed them. It all came on at dark.the lights are very cool. The only issue is the remote is so strong that when I try and set one color on a specific light, the lights within 10 feet get the same command. Trying to figure out how to use the remote for just one light. But other than that, this is a good system that didn't break the bank.

This review is going to seem like I love the lights - and I hate the lights. Both are true.Here's why...First off, I love the lights because they are easy to assemble, easy to install, they look good, they're metal as opposed to plastic, and the colors are deeply saturated. So, they're everything you could want... right?Nope.First, they claim to be 12 watts in the description shown above. However, on the box the lights come in, it specifically says, "3 watt light fixtures". The box is correct because when you turn the lights on at night, they are significantly dimmer than my 4 watt lights from another brand. I think someone, when they were writing the description, thought 12 VOLTS was the same as 12 WATTS. Yes, these are low-voltage lights (12 volts) - but watts does not equal volts. They are 3 watt lights.Next, you can't replace just the bulbs when they burn out (which they will). You have to replace the entire fixture. That's not good since, typically, lights burn out one at a time... and for installation, you usually buy 12 or 24 at a time. Buying 1 at a time is very expensive - and buying in bulk requires storage. Either way, these need to be made so we can swap out bulbs rather than entire fixtures.Finally, I had an issue with one of the lights and I couldn't just get a single light replacement. The company wouldn't get back to me (Sunvie) but Amazon did - and, to get the replacement, they had to send me the entire box of 12 and I had to then, swap the bad one with a good one, and return the entire 12 light box. Talk about WASTEFUL!! Dang... This needs to be rectified.In all, I purchased 84 lights from Sunvie/Amazon and only had an issue with 1 of them. So, that's a very good track record... but, the other issues are real, as well, and they are things you need to know about before you click "buy now" or add it to your cart.
