Finishing my first bottle of this supplement, some observations I've been able to jot down. Very interesting supplement: - initial energy "boost", then after 3-4 days of taking the supplement, complete bodily relaxation. I have not slept or felt more calm in years. I am young guy, 34, and this has been a nice surprise and benefit. Your body will stop and get the rest it needs, despite all the daily stress you have been living in. After this recovery phase, taking this supplement daily feels like a meditation/anxiolytic pill. At last for me. I am not on any other medications, aside from Turmeric and occasional Vitamin D. - weight loss/fast loss: now that I have definitely noted. Being already fit, I've noticed body fat % drop over the past few weeks to the point of seeing good muscle definition. It definitely has anti-aromatase properties; libido up in 5 days, to normalize to normal after a week or so. - muscle/recovery - SIRT1 activation prevents fasting induced protein degradation, but also, buffers the opposite - increased anabolic signaling when muscle needs to be rebuilt. Overall, good exercise recovery, but definitely noticed less of "pumps" and soreness next day. Also noticed a plateau in gaining weight when training. -aerobic capacity - definitely noticed a preserved, and enhanced, capacity. Tidal volume increased with running/heavy aerobic exercise. Less fatiguability after cardio. - skin - one thing noticed is less of the "racoon eyes" after late nights at work or fatigue. Skin well hydrated, but not sure if property of this molecule or just the climate I live in. Overall, very interesting supplement. I decided to not take it on daily basis, as after two weeks of daily use, your body achieves homeostasis. For me that meant being extremely relaxed, carefree and sleeping a lot, with lowered drive to exercise. I now take it on days I don't work out, or on string of heavy work days. Also, noted if taken in the morning, it has the propensity to lower blood pressure several hours down the line, making you crash during lunch. I found mid afternoon dosing best, but not around gym/pre-workout or post workout. Highly recommend adjunct for anti-aging and general tissue/brain health, but needs some time to get used to and understand it as a supplement, as it affect so many body systems.

I have mutations in MTHFR and other methylation genes that make me prone to chronic fatigue and adrenal burnout. I usually sleep 8-9 hours a night but still need a 2 hour nap every afternoon. Even when I'm awake my brain is like sludge and I feel like I'm wading through deep mud to get anything done. I'm a supplement taker and am on quite a few things that help various aspects of my health. I've tried many, many things for fatigue specifically but have never found anything before that really addresses it. I've been on the Resveratrol now for almost two weeks. I've only taken one or two naps. If you've had fatigue or pain and been able to get better, you know that the way to tell it's better is that you suddenly realize it's not on your mind. You're not thinking "this hurts" or "I'm so tired", you just are alert and accomplishing things without thinking about it. That's how this helps me. I took one capsule this morning with breakfast. It's almost 2:00 now. About a half hour ago I looked at the clock and was a little tired and thinking "oh it's nap time". It wasn't even my normal strong urge to sleep, it was more of a little fatigue and habit. I decided to take one more Resveratrol capsule to get me through the afternoon. Within a few minutes I had forgotten about the nap and was just going about my day. In these two weeks with more alertness and less napping, I'm finally keeping up with day-to-day chores like washing the dishes, laundry, cooking, exercising, and bill paying, with time to spare. I'm even starting on some of those tasks that sit around and I never get to. Life is much less of a struggle. Hallelujah! If I remember, I'll update the review in a few months to see if the effect continues.

Venía tomando reveratrol y se me acabó y compré esta marca pero me hizo descomponer del estómago,,lo suspendí unos días y después volví a tomarlo y evidentemente volvió el malestar…Y lo dejé definitivamente porque no me hizo bien…Estoy buscando la marca anterior para comprar…

I am now on my 3rd bottle and finally felt that I was ready to write a review. Overall, in the beginning especially I didn't notice a difference. However, I wasn't really expecting one because some of the benefits (cardiac for example) you really wouldn't notice a change without seeing a doctor. But I noticed something drastic that I just cannot ignore. For years I have been struggling to find something to relieve my adult acne. I cannot use strong acne creams because my face gets extremely dry. Now, it's normal for me to have calm downs and flare ups. So at first, I didn't realize what was happening. My skin was clearing up and I never thought it had anything to do with the supplement. But then I forgot to order a new bottle and went without the supplement for a week and my acne flared back up, bad. At the time, I thought it was a coincidence. Then I got my 2nd bottle and started again. My skin cleared up again. Then I again ordered my bottle late. I just went a week without the product and my skin flared up just as badly as before. I started researching and there are studies that resvertol seems to be more effective than some of the most common acne medications. This alone is a reason for me to take it forever (and order on time) because it's something I haven't been able to get from creams or skin treatments. I would give it a chance if you have bad skin like me. And be patient! Supplements do not work overnight.

You will need to have your library card handy. Then look for and select the EBSCO Host Master file, then use the keyword: Resveratrol and see all of the published documents on the subject and decide for yourself. I have also read that it is important that the item contain trans-resveratrol and this item does contain that. At the time of my most recent purchase, the item was on sale, so I purchased multiple bottles because I wanted my fiance to start taking it. I also, DEMANDED that my parents take it because of various documents mentioned that it helps with anti-aging.
