Very good, Clear instructions, easy to set up, however i am struggling to make the pictures i want smaller, but thats me not the printer

Great printer, does exactly what it needs to do. Great prints onto the icing sheets.

The first half of the year went really well! However, I started to run into quite a few issues with the printer afterward, and unfortunately, it's not working anymore.

UPDATE:I keep having issues with this printer. It says it has no paper when it does and then jams or only prints a few lines. It’s brilliant when it does work.Absolutely brilliant. The quality is fantastic and the it’s all very well packaged. The instructions are very clear for filling the cartridges and it was a nice process too. There were no English instructions for setting up the printer itself but it’s fairly self-explanatory and you can follow set up on the printer itself or via the QR code so no drama. The fact you get two types of paper included is great too and it’s so sooooooooo easy to use! I’m very very happy!

Easy set up

To get the item it’s quick and amazing. BUT the after service is pathetic. Keep having issues once the ink gets near the end and it won’t allow you to print because it says you must have original ink and when you email them for help NOBODY responds!
