Good pre and pro

I don't know exactly how of why these things work, but it does! I eat pretty clean and I don't usually have any digestive issues, but I just couldn't seem to lose any weight despite exercising regularly. I did a ton of research (youtube) and found that there are specific probiotics that can help the gi tract to maximize digestion and stimulate fat burning. Once I found the list I went searching for a product. THIS PRODUCT has them all and in high concentrations! My stomach was a little grumbly (a little gassy, not painful) for the 1st 2 days as it was regulating or cleaning deep in my gut... I take them daily each morning and have noticed a flatter stomach and a small amount of weight loss each morning (about 4 pounds in 7 days). I don't know if the weight loss will continue, but for me to lose 4 pounds in a week and doing NOTHING ELSE different is a BIG WIN! Overall, I have a greater sense of well-being, no mood swings, very content, no gi issues at all. Very regular. I put these on subscription for monthly delivery.

These pre and probiotic products always mess with my mind. They are all different and all contain completely different strains and amounts of this and that. This particular one is similar to one prescribed to my wife by her gastroenterologist or stomach and intestine doctor. It seemed to help keep things working and "moving along" more normally. I would encourage anyone to do some research and talk to their doctor. Every doctor you talk to will probably have a different opinion of the use of these types of products. I'm confused about them and I was in medicine for 25+ years. I tend to rely on specific recommendations from our physicians as to which ones to use.

While I have no doubt about the quality of these pre/probiotics. But people with difficulty swallowing large capsules should be forewarned. I had great difficulty getting these down. It was grossly uncomfortable and sometimes even scary. Ultimately after 3 days I gave up. The company and its consumers would be better served to break up a single dose into 2 capsules as many supplements do.

My doctor told me this would help with my intestinal flora . That she takes it and helped her very much. She said it is not a laxative, but helps the body to form better stools. Let me tell you; you poop really good with this. Gave it to my old man who has chronic constipation from meds. As long as he takes this he has normal full movements . Fix your gut issues and poop good.... hey, its not laying on a beach in Tahiti but you will feel great! I am not a doctor , nor do i play a doctor on tv and i am not giving any advise, just my experience with product.
