I was pleasantly surprised by how much it blocks odor. You can't smell a thing! It truly works!Yes, it did smell like rotten fish when I received it but I washed and aired it ou, and the smell disappeared.

I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on the jar itself. It’s sturdy, not too big and not too small. It’s just enough to fit half an ounce.

As far as the jar comes, its nice. Looks good, threading is nice and smooth (there is a catch though) and i cant comment on the airtight part as im using this to store accessories for herb.The the MFG. Firstly the threads on the top lid are a little to small or the lid diameter is to small as crossthreading CAN happen. The cap has to much wiggle room between the threads and the main body cylinder. But this isnt a big issue though as ive only had it happen once, it wasnt a big deal at all to get if back off, and the only way i can recreate it is to put pressure on the top cap as im screwing it down. If you just set the cap on and let it screw down with its own weight cross threading shouldnt be an issue.Now, for the redesign. The top cap and main body cylinder need to have the threading reversed. The threading on the top cap should be internal. This would A) make it so the top cap doesnt catch on anything is its being screwed on, and would also allow this to be modular as an internal thread on the top could allow the main cylinder to be removed and the top and bottom "lids" could be screwed together to make a nice storage puck.All in all its a nice jar and ive no regrets buying it what so ever. But there are some improvements that could be made for the V2 if they ever decide to make a V2.

Keeps those 'greens' fresh and holds the smell in. Have bought other colors too.

Yes this item is larger than you think it would be by looking at the pictures of it online. Having said that, it works great. It is an excellent airtight storage container. I have one of the tube storage containers as well and also works really well.

I drop jars alot, so I can't use anything flimsy, and this jar has so far held up very well. Opens on the top and bottom, though the bottom has a long thread and feels like it's taking forever to unscrew lol. But love this jar.

Was really excited to get a sturdy aluminum cylinder with machined threads and O-ring seals. Holds 10 grams just right, the next morning my room "reeked" of herb. Had to move it outside. Did not meet expectations for a smell proof container. Ergo, very expensive container for what it doesn't do.

Very tightley sealed. Happy with the product.

I use this to store my very smelly herbs. It seals up tightly and no odor leakage. Highly recommend.

I wanted something to store my devils lettuce in. This is not what is advertised, disappointment but not completely dissatisfied.

Other reviews say the threading on the lid is crap, it is fine if you match up the threads on the lid and body gently, then screw on when they click together. The threading is not thick enough to handle the forceful jamming of the lid to body. If you're kind to it it will be kind back to you!

I love this product I think it's great. I can fill it right to the top and flip it upside down to use the smaller lid for opening until it starts to get less empty. Then I flip it back over upright and use the bigger lid which can also be used to put things in when it's open. I could fit my grinder, papers, and green if I travel anywhere. Otherwise I just use it for my green, fill it and it does hold the smell tight you cannot smell anything.
