Work well avoid the spiked ball if using a lot of pressure it can be too much too quick.

The blue ball has absolutely no give to it at all making it uncomfortable to use. Conversely, the rubber ball has too much give. Kinda disappointed.

These massage balls are awesome. Especially the spiky one for the bottom of the feet.

I use these balls to relieve pain and sciatica. I sit or roll on them and the reduce pain and discomfort. It's great after a workout or when you are sore in defined areas.

I bought this on a whim a couple of days ago. I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis off and on for nearly a year and I've tried everything to get some relief, with varying degrees of success, but none of them have been as effective as this foot roller. I use it at room temp, in sock feet (it's a little uncomfortable and ticklish otherwise) and roll my foot for at least ten minutes twice a day. It has helped so much I kind of can't believe it. I wish I had bought this thing a year ago!
