The quality of the product is really good. Comes in a nice powder coated finish and the metal is heavy duty which gives you a nice steady feel. They give you free installation so don’t bother doing it on your own as it can take pretty long to do it if your not someone who can read instructions from a book. The instructions book is very precise though. Been using it for a few days and can handle heavy weight as well. Would definitely recommend it for a home gym. Very steady and strong. Once you go all the way to speed 32 it gives you a nice heavy feel as the machine is completely automatic. Only the calories isn’t exact but I just use a online calorie calculator with the time I’ve done.

I started facing issues with the machine from the first day of usage because of a loud creaking noise from its joints that was a disturbance to me and my neighbours. The technicians from PowerMax company kept visiting my place but could not resolve the issue. I began to suspect that the noise could lead to an unexpected breakage of joints but the PowerMax technicians reassured me that my reservations were uncalled for and that the machine would not fail or break. But, on the morning of 27th September 2024, just after using the machine for 6 months, the joint that had been making the noise snapped and I fell from the machine. It was only by a stroke of luck that the fall was not a more serious mishap.Though the manufacturer offered a replacement, I do not trust the machine and the brand any more as I can see that the quality of steel used is of inferior quality which caused the mishap. The joints gave way due to rusted low gauge steel. I purchased the cross-trainer to live a little longer but do not wish to end my life on the same machine and that too in my living room! I requested the manufacturer to take away the machine and refund the money but they refused to accede to my request and stopped attending my calls. This is the plight that the consumers are subjected to in this country.I do not normally write negative or positive feedback on products purchased from Amazon but thought it was my social responsibility to let the prospective buyers know about the quality of Powemax products. Please do not buy Powermax products, it can become fatal for you.Though the manufacturer decided to ignore my calls and block me, Amazon gave an empathetic hearing though they were not obligated to address my concerns and provided a commendable solution. Thanks to Amazon India and Global leadership for ensuring justice and prompt closure of the matter.

To start with I had issues with the installation as I purchased installation service from EasyFix. They were not very experienced nor did they care about getting it done correctly. They also did not install the two most important screws due to the machine was wobbly and created squeaky sounds. Unfortunately I only found out after using it for 5 mins that the front handle is soo lose and upon inspection thoroughly I found the place of the missing screws. I strongly recommend PowerMax to remove Easyfix installation option as they are not at all professionals. The other issue was I paid online for the machine and installation but those people from Easyfix showed me that they didn't get the money and required cash for the service. They even said to cancel from amazon and I'll get the refund, which I never did till date. It is showing as 0.00 rupees paid for the installation but the invoice total with the PowerMax machine does have included price for installation. In short I paid the installation service twice and got the pathetic service with several issues. It is very difficult to track down such issues on Amazon due to lack of customer service options available.Now because of the usability issues I had to contact the PowerMax support team which were very helpful and addressed the issues immediately. The technician who came from PowerMax exactly knew the problem and took the size of the missing screws to get a new set. Upon installation after a few days the wobbly part went away but the squeaky sound didn't. I reached out again upon which the same person came and almost dismantled the machine and applied grease on all joints which was never done by the Easyfix installation persons. Interestingly the PowerMax technician also mentioned that usually after the delivery they would be dispatched for the installation, so not sure why even give the option for Installation from 3d parties that will cause grief and pain to the customers and additional work for PowerMax itself, when the installation service is available from PowerMax itself.Coming to the workings of the machine, it is very good after the above issues were resolved, but it does make a slight sound when person of 130KG use it versus 100KG. The maximum weight limit is 150KG which was one of the main reasons to purchase this model, but keep in mind it may be just right for not more than 120 KGs. May be another motivation to reduce those extra Kilos ;). The overall operation is smooth and strides are in sync with the arm handles and it does burn good calories for the use of 30+ minutes. Have been using it for 3 weeks now successfully, but perhaps may be updating the review after 6 months (hopefully would have reduced the extra weight as well by then :))

The equipment is we to a high quality and it is very quiet.

But I had to call a local sports equipment company to install it.

I received this item with a damaged box, The assembly and installation process was difficult. Amazon will not provide any installation processes through it, and when this item was installed, the item was defective and had a very annoying sound in the gears. Not satisfied with this item!
