This is a great product. My Dr. recommended that I take a calcium/citrate supplement as part of a weight loss program. I was told to take citrate not carbonate because it is absorbed better. Carbonate is usually cheaper but not as effective. So, I researched for a product I could order online.This is the best I found and the ordering/delivering process is excellent. Highly recommended.

Recommended to me because I take Prevacid
Tablets large, but I have no problem swallowed them because of the smooth texture. Recommended to me because I take Prevacid.

Like the ratio of the various ingredients
Use as a calcium supplement. Like it very much but have to be careful with the amount of magnesium which can cause some digestive issues.

Decent supplement
So far I do like this product, however the pills are large ahs you have to take 4... sup that's why the 4 stars.

Great for Bone density and strength
I like the calcium-magnesium ratio PLUS Vitamin D which is good for bone strength. It contains Calcium Citrate which assimilates into the body better than clacium carbonate.

Very hard to swallow. Too big and very hard.
The pill is huge and very hard to swallow. And you’re supposed to take 4 a day!!
