This is a good substitute brand for the original Sriracha. Sauce is in a slightly more runny consistency but definitely more affordable.

Not too spicy, but that's just how sriracha was meant to be!
It has a slightly sweet and sour taste to it, making it right for a variety of uses. The other brands can be too spicy, but Sriracha is supposed to be mild on the heat scale like this one is.
