Not the fanciest but more than adequate for the price

Love this mat for indoor jumping or asA shock absorber on a cement floor.

Works well on hard surfaces. It’s a bit this and moves on carpet. I tried jumping rope with this matt on short carpet and it moves about 6 inches after every 50 jumps or so. I wish the matt was a tad thicker or had a bit more weight to it. It works well on hard surfaces, however, and the carrying case is a nice plus.
