Yes you can, you have to put your NVR available to be accessed remotely and give the right to access it to your iPhone.

How do i reset the password after I already created one?

Dear friend, if you input a wrong password, our CMS software will give you a error code. Please contact us by order message and give us that code, then we will make a temporary password for you to login in the camera and then you can reset the password again. We wait for your email.
