It’s some pretty simple flax seed perfectly adequate but the price is unreal! If you want flax seed this is absolutely the best price and there’s not one thing different or negative about it!

I’m not an expert on how flax seeds should look, but these seem great to me. The lid keeps them fresh, and the texture is grainy, not finely ground. The taste isn’t very noticeable, which I like since I usually add it to salads or cooking. It has a nice brownish color and seems like a good quality product for the price.

I know that Flax is a healthy addition to a diet, but I don’t care for getting them stuck in my teeth or having to grind Flax seeds myself. I was pumped to find this price on Amazon! I usually add it to a combo dish of vanilla yogurt, cottage cheese, and a dash of whipped topping. If I’m feeling on the edge, I add some simply 8 Hershey syrup. It’s a great, filling topper!

I bought the twin pack of this ground flaxseed, and you get a lot of product for the price. That’s the monetary side of ‘value.’ Now, for the health side: this product has 4 grams of fiber (14% RDA) per serving, and is also high in omega-3’s. You also get 114 mg (2% RDA) of potassium per serving. I also like the neutral taste and overall gentleness of this product; it’s easy to digest. Finally, I seem to get an energy boost, which is helpful as I get older. Overall, this flaxseed has great value in every aspect.

I add it to baked goods (you can even put some into the dough for bagels, pretzels, or crusty artisan-style breads), smoothies, yogurts, meatballs, meatloaf, and anywhere else I think it'll work.My better half is, shall we say, not the most adventurous eater and definitely needs help getting adequate fiber intake, but he doesn't even seem to notice this stuff when I sneak it into meatballs, breads, healthy muffins, and so forth. He actually prefers the texture of meatballs or meatloaf made with ground flax, so that's a huge win.
