A new purchase with little use to date. Purchased to handle a Riptide Pool Vacuum head. The pole is very sturdy and has the positive push button lock feature which keeps the pole length exactly where you set it. It is strong enough to control/guide the vacuum head on the pool floor as well as lowering or raising the vacuum while submerged. Much easier to operate than the twist/ friction pool poles.

Expensive but when you see the size of the shipping box you’ll understand. It is sturdy, but light and a game changer for pool brushing. We can easily reach places that were a struggle before and the thing never slips. Will never go back to the twist poles again. Worth every penny.

This pole isn't cheap, but less than other brands that do the same thing. It's so easy now to lengthen and shorten the pole. You just press a button. No more wrenching and tightening each time I go to the deep end of the pool. With my old pole, it's a pain to tighten and loosen, and it never seems to get tight enough when I'm brushing. It's also beefy, so I'm not worried about it breaking.
