Can you use this on stir fry noodles?

It would probably be great on fried noodles. It's thicker than soy sauce, it will adhere to the noodles well. Really enjoyed this stuff.

Nutrition facts for the garlic soy sauce? Fats, sugar?

Hi Tonya; I can't help with the Garlic Soy variety because I only bought the Teriyaki Soy flavor. But they both probably have the same basics. The label says a 2 tbsp (30g) serving has: 0g Fats, 250mg Sodium and 22g Sugars. They say there are 13 servings in the 14.1 oz/400g bottle; made in Korea. As I wrote before, this sauce is way over-priced and my bottle arrived with only 10 months until its Best By Date. Soy sauce has a longer shelf life than that. I'd the buy the Amazon house brand sauce and add your own powdered Garlic.
