I’ve only had this for a couple of days, and haven’t got far into the book yet. But the downloads are really good! The hypno trance feels great. Then there are short downloads that you can spend just a few minutes on whenever you want to feel better about something. Highly recommend.

Cannot get the audios to work on a kindle fire, they're all for Mac os. I've downloaded the book that is half the programme without the audios. I'd like a refund

The book is quite interesting, but its the audio that you can download and keep saved on your phone that has been the most helpful. I have felt it has helped with my anxiety as it encourages positive thinking for the future. I would definitely recommend.
