Very useful!
This set was very useful and had all the tools that I needed for my project. The magnifying glass was very useful.

Great setup
Nice set up. The iron warmed up quickly and the temperature gage made it easy to solder. The clips held the wires nicely making it easy to join them.

The "weighted base" could be slightly heavier, but for versatility reasons, it does well! Good quality so far!

Exceeded my Expectations
Right out of the box I was impressed. Excellent packaging complete with a plastic storage box. Put it to use immediately and it worked as expected. The assortment of tips came in handy as my first job was some heavy wire soldering. The small can of flux helped with that job. Iron heats up almost instantly and temperature adjustment is quick and easy with the digital readout. Set up the hands free holder which was needed for this job. Worked great. Stand is heavy enough to most electronic jobs. Didn't need the magnifying glass this time but likely will in the future as these old eyes just aren't what they used to be. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Junk, stay away.
You get what you pay for, but then this should have been priced at $10. It's my first time soldering. I watched a lot of videos and was very confused why the solder wasn't acting as it should. Turns out the product is just junk, heat is off, the tips are junk and don't last but maybe for one wire. I went out to home depot to buy a solder station and it works like magic. If I would have done that from the beginning, I would have saved 8 hours and a huge mess of solder.
