Seems to be working
I can't comment on how much a difference it's made in my joints since I don't know what shape they would be in if were NOT taking the product. But I can see what a difference it's made in my hair and nails. It makes a HUGE difference. I've been taking this product for years and will continue too. The results don't happen overnight. You have to give it maybe six weeks or so before the difference is apparent.

Raised My Blood Pressure
My blood pressure has always been within a low range. After taking this product for several days I could feel a pressure in my chest and when tested my blood pressure increased to pre-hypertension. When I discontinued this product my blood pressure returned to normal. Started it again for several days and per-hypertension returned. I am only sharing my experience. Please be aware that product cannot be returned.
