I have tried multiple ice packs for shins after I got terrible shin splints, and these are by far the best. They come with little bags for you to be able to put them in the freezer safely, and they are perfect for wrapping my shins tightly. I have the regular size and it is good for fairly slender calves. For wider calves, definitely get the XL size. My brother could not use these. Highly recommended if you have painful shins! They do take a long while to get very cold so minimum 4 to 6 hours between icing is ideal.

Cansado de la periostitis y de tener que sujetar el hielo de mil maneras distintas, cada una más incómoda que la anterior, finalmente decidí comprar este producto y he de decir que está muy bien, lo recomiendo. El material es bueno, la bolsa de hielo también parece buena, siento que es un producto que puede durar mucho tiempo si lo cuidas bien. En cuanto a su eficacia, hace lo que promete, es fácil de poner, se mantiene bien sujeto y no tienes que preocuparte de que se te vaya a soltar. Yo lo uso sentado, en la cama o a veces hasta en movimiento, no te limita en absoluto. Personalmente ya no tengo periostitis, también es verdad que he estirado bastante además de aplicarme el hielo religiosamente todos los días, pero sin duda se hace muy cómodo hacerlo de esta manera. Finalmente decir, que sí, es caro, pero sinceramente, cumple. Merece la pena.
