As described this feeder drops feed on the road, or directly behind the vehicle if it is off road. The spinner is restricted so all the feed is ejected in a narrow band behind the vehicle.The design is simple but seems to be sturdy. It comes with a plug for a twelve volt power supply which my UTV has on the dash so it required no special efforts to hook it up and get it going. It takes about ten minutes to empty the hopper, which comfortably holds 50 lbs of corn.Some minor assembly is required. It is designed to hang on the tailgate of your vehicle, so if you have a tailgate that is unusual in shape or thickness or which you don't want to get scratched up, this may not work for you without some modification or padding.I have give it four stars only because I find it somewhat difficult to handle when placing it on the tailgate of my UTV. There is little to grasp when picking it up. I wind up wrapping my arms around the whole thing and whatever might be on the outside of it is then on my shirt or jacket. There is some difficulty in removing every last grain of corn from the spinner when you put it away. If you leave a little corn in there, I'm sure I don't have to tell you it will attract rats or even coons.Simple, functional, no bells and whistles.

I used this spreader for two years and a pin in the motor broke. I called the company to really just buy another one and the customer service was so nice. Sent me a new motor free of charge. The stand behind their product.

I used it for the second time today it’s had about 8 bags of corn through it and today by the time I was finished the spinner became so weak it will barely sling corn. My return window ended 3 days ago unfortunately.Spoke with the company and customer service was great and got me fixed up quick

The only thing I would change is the number of adjustment holes for the slip on bracket that attaches to the tailgate. It was a little snug on my 2020 Can Am Defender tail gate. Aside from that, the product is QUALITY and works incredibly. Doesn't waste a ton of corn and spreads evenly. Very impressed with this product, and well worth the $99.

Good value for the cost. The plastic bracket that holds the motor on was broken and i had to repair it before using it. I attached it to my ATV and used it to spread corn in 300 yard long shooting lanes for hunting. This spreader holds 80 pounds of corn and spreads about a 3 foot swat of corn behind the ATV.

I installed this on the front of our Polaris Sportsman 570 that had the brushguard installed. The mounting brackets slipped over the brushguard. I did use some rubber padding with PSA to keep it from bouncing around. Works great for baiting the hogs/deer.

So far not so good. Feeder and motor seem pretty good but the DC plug and trigger are junk. DC plug broke on first use. Fuse was cracked out of the box. I emailed customer service as they requested in the instructions, no reply. If I can't fix it today, it's going back to Amazon....Update. Company sent me a replacement trigger and chord with no problems. I will be testing it this weekend but I have to up their rating just for the excellent customer service. I have two hunting buddies who love their, perhaps I just got one that slipped through quality control.

I have 2 50 lbs feeder they work very well. So I was needing a 100 lbs feeder thanking it would work just as well and it works well but it won’t hold 2 50lbs bags of corn
