SFH Super Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules Highly Concentrated 2000mg Omega 3 | Sustainably Sourced Alaskan Pollock Fish Oil for Heart Joint Brain Health (Capsule, 90ct)

I’ve taken a reputable fish oil brand on and off for years. I had to take so many to get half the omegas. I’ve never had noticeable results in my cholesterol profile. A year or so ago I tried the liquid fish oil from SFH as I love their protein. They are a great brand with high quality ingredients, testing standards, and products. Unfortunately, I could never take it consistently enough. I couldn’t remember to get it from the fridge. When this capsule came out I was excited. Finally a high quality product from a tested brand that packed a punch with omegas. I have only used 2 bottles so far. I take thyroid meds in the morning so I ended up only taking the evening dose of 2 capsules each day (half the recommended dose). But it was easy, it was consistent, it was affordable, and it LOWERED MY TRIGLYCERIDES LOWER THAN THEY HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! Well below the accepted threshold. My triglycerides have always been high. For the last 3-4 years I have been doing 3-4 days per week of HIIT training, and eating 80/20 clean. I still couldn’t get my triglycerides below 200. The only change I’ve made recently was adding SFH Fish Oil once a day for 2-4 months. FINALLY IT’S IN THE ACCEPTABLE RANGE! This product made me a believer!!!! I plan to take the full recommended dose going forward and will update my review at my next fasting lipid panel.

Love this product. I used to take the liquid and eventually could not handle the fishy smell (just the thought of it would make me sick) BUT the benefits were amazing so I would frequently check to see if they decided to actually make capsules. I am beyond glad they did decided to develope the capsules for the weak stomached like myself. I call these my happy pills. I honestly feel very happy and have significantly less anxiety when I take this fish oil as well as have less joint pain. SFH has the highest quality of fish oil and concentrated EPA/DHA out there. Only critique is the price (ouch!).

This product has been life changing for me. I tried the liquid which tastes great, but after a week I just can’t swallow it for some reason. I sleep really well and my skin feels amazing. I’ve been taking it over a month. Will be buying again and is now on my subscribe and save so I don’t run out!!

Great fish oil product from trusted company

I bought these as the per serving price was slightly less than the liquid form. They don't taste fishy and I don't burp anything up which is a plus. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the outside of the capsules are a bit bumpy which makes me wonder how old they are. Regardless, I'm still taking them.

I’ve been using this brand fish oil for years. The capsules are convenient while traveling. I’ve never had any fish burps or fishy taste.

I use the subscription for this. Works good.

Best price I've found for the amount of EPA/DHA you get in each serving and they're super easy to take.
