Bought this without thinking much about it, just knowing that it was very popular, often suggested, used in medical settings, etc so it should be ok. It stung to use almost instantly. Two different, new, bottles had the same effect so I stopped using it and looked online if others had had this issue-and found that it contains both parabens and glycerin, the latter of which breaks down into sugars. Not great if you’re trying to avoid infections etc. Should have read the ingredients beforehand and not assumed things!I assume it would work better for guys who are applying it externally (wink), but not sure about internal anal use for either sex.The smooth texture is nice, there’s little scent, and it does stay wet for a good while. You can apply water/etc to reactivate it some if it dries up.

Too wet and does not last long for back door action but be ok for virginal .

Well what can I say 🤦‍♀️It helps in the nether region when your a bit dry.It’s very sticky on the hands when applying so make sure you have wet wipes handy.Does the job when a man ain’t doing his 😂
