Great Vitamin. Hard to find supplements that don't contain 200-800% plus of your daily needs, which can lead to all sorts of health issues. Expensive, but worth it.

I really like this multivitamin. I was looking for a multivitamin that was gluten free (I have celiac disease), dairy free, and does not have large amounts of vitamins. Some products have vitamins with 500% of the daily value needed. That is unnecessary, and I honestly do not feel well when I take vitamins with such high quantities. I also really liked that this multivitamin contains magnesium, and it is also in the form of magnesium glycinate. While it is not a high quantity, I have tried to take magnesium glycinate on its own and it caused me some nausea. However, I feel great taking this multivitamin and do not notice any nausea or stomach upset. I have always had fairly breakable nails, but after the first 30-60 days of taking this multivitamin I could tell they were stronger. I also had blood work done a few months into taking it and my vitamin levels were good and normal (vitamin D, B12, folate).

I have struggled so much to find a multivitamin that is not full of bad stuff. These are amazing, and I feel more of the effects! I LOVE how natural they are and it is definitely a positive reflection on the company. They seem to make a large variety of vitimans and supplements that I hope to get into.
