Good but not that much
It is of very good quality, a little heavy but it is made entirely of stainless steel.The internal spring that retracts the hooks is a bit long, making the metal hooks very weak. It does its job, but you'll need to run the knife through it at least 10 times.

We have a very small processing plant. Couldn't get the hang of using a steel but with this you don't have to. Using it throughout the day keeps our knives sharper and working better
