Not impressive at all
Yes it doesn't make the teeth sensitive but it doesn't whiten. I have white teeth out of braces and I like a bit of extra white shine. Normally with whitening gel it is perfectly achieved and lasts a good 6 months. I didn't see any change after doing 7 treatments with these strips. Also used the toothpaste with it and is was also useless. Not recommended
