Well ... I guess my expectations were a bit too high ... I have another chenile bath mat purchased here that's really nice .. but I read all of the positive reviews of the Sonoro Kate and decided to also order this one ... while the rubber underlining looks identical to my first rug, the Sonoro Kate is definitely not the same ... the slightest touch will move and slide the rug on the floor ... absolutely not unslippable ... Having said all that ... the rug is soft and comfortable ... the color is exactly as pictured ... and I must say that when I expressed my concern about the slip resistance issue , Sonoro Kate customer service reached out to me and went over and above everything that I expected to make me happy with my purchase ... that service alone prompts me to leave this review and recommend the product ...

I first bought one of these to catch the yuck from my dogs paws as they come in from outside. I didn’t expect much but it was so fabulous at both keeping the wet and dirt contained to the mat and ease of cleaning that I bought two more for each of my bathrooms. Best mat I have found for both purposes and I’ve searched high and low for both.

I bought that bath-mate after moving to a new place and have been using it ever since. The price is compelling, it looks good and feels soft, plus it's durable and doesn't loose softness or quality if you wash and dry it a bunch of times.Slight downside: I would have liked a higher density of these threads but that shouldn't keep anybody from buying it. I like it and am happy to recommend it

The only reason for not giving five stars is that the rugs could have been a little plusher. Otherwise, very nice and definitely nonskid. When they’re in place they really don’t move. This is exactly what we needed to replace our very slippery old bathroom rugs. Very nice grey color, too. I can’t testify to how well they wash or dry, because we just received them. I would recommend these rugs if you’re looking for an attractive, nonskid bathroom rug.

Very fluffy and stays that way instead of getting matter down like most. Does not slip at all. Also, I got lucky and scored the 18x27 for 10 bucks!!

This mat feels luxurious and hold up well in the wash. I let it air dry only because I am not sure if machine drying would warp it. Good absorbency and the backing keeps it from sliding around. Good size for a small bathroom. It’s so soft that my cat started sleeping on it in the bathroom. 😹 two paws up!

We had a mishap with our old bathroom rugs that were very much liked and I ordered these just to get a new set. I'm very happy with the choice. My husband and kids both walked out of the bathroom grinning after their first shower and asked if we can get more of those rugs throughout the house. So I'd say that's a win. The color is pretty dark/intense but I like it. They don't shed or bleed which is even better!

This was perfect for my bathroom, so it’s on the smaller side. It’s very soft. I like this style. Hopefully it lasts later when I’ll need to wash it. I won’t put it in the dryer.

It is comfortable, absorbent and just big enough for the entrance to my toilet.
