This is the BEST almond butter I've ever eaten!The only problem with it is that it's extremely THICK!! You will need to add some oil to it and give it a stir every couple of inches through the jar! I USE GRAPESEED OIL, because it's light and doesn't change the flavor, also check the date on your jar, I got one once that was out of date by May 2025, and that better not happen again or I'll send it back!😁Since it's skin-free, it's worth the price they charge, that's why I KEEP BUYING IT!🤣 Made from slivered almonds... NO SKINS!!NO SUGAR, NO SALT, and made in a peanut-free facility! It's definitely bare & smooth!👍🏽😊It's also sealed tight for great freshness, and I mix it with Smuckers Strawberry 🍓 jam and put it on Ritz Wheat Crackers for my evening snacks!It mixes well, so you could make some delicious almond butter cookies, which by the way, taste REALLY GOOD!! Best Almond Butter I’ve Ever Had
This is hands down the best almond butter I’ve ever had. It isn’t stiff and impossible to stir, it is soooooo smooth. It doesn’t taste burnt like many other brands too. This one has no salt added but if added to a salted rice cake it’s perfect. Also, a little of this almond butter goes a long way so you end up eating less. This is my new go to brand.

This is a great product! I prefer no sodium and sugar and I’m very happy that Barney Butter has neither, yet is very delicious and healthy for you. I eat it on toast, or with dark chocolate…or by itself! so yummy!

Smooth and no standing oil-
Purchased almond butter @ box store- it was terrible especially after I tasted this . . . Yummmmm. No sugar or standing oil- smooth and easy eating and spreading on toast.

The Best Almond Butter, NO SKINS
First time trying this, and it is fabulous! So flavorful, super crunchy and nice and smooth. No need to stir. It's nice and thick with nice crunch. I chose this because I wanted to lower my lectin intake. They blanch the almonds first.

I like the MaraNatha coconut and maple almond butters significantly more. Better flavor and texture. This is hard to spread, especially after refrigerating as instructed.

If you are looking for a way to increase your intake of healthy Fats with more Fiber without having any added Sodium or Sugars; then I would strongly recommend you try the Barney Butter Almond Butter, Bare Smooth. The Bare Smooth version made by the Barney Butter Company has the skins removed before their nuts are processed into butter, which removes the bitter taste of the nuts and is a blessing if you have stomach issues when eating nuts.As you can see from the pictures, the Barney Butter Almond Bare Smooth version has a creamy, consistent texture once stirred upon opening. I learned from experience that it is easier to stir the Almond Butter when the jar is first opened, and the nut butter is at room temperature. Keeping the jar stored in the refrigerator will then keep the almond butter tasting fresh longer and also blended. Another tip I've read, but haven't tried, is to dip your spoon in water before placing it in the jar. They say this makes it easier to remove the Almond Butter from your spoon. Happy Eating!

Absolutely the Best Crunchy Almond Butter I've ever tasted!
After ordering what is called "bare crunchy" which is just blanched almonds (no skins, salt, sugar, or palm oil) that only comes in a 10 ounce jar, and is relatively expensive. (2 to $3 more than the regular). However it is the best in that better I have ever tasted the chunks of almonds are large enough to be truly crunchy and the flavor and texture of the butter is absolutely fantastic. So I thought I would make it my food luxury and order again. However in error, with my second order I somehow got the regular crunchy and although disappointed I thought I'd just use it up as it is about $3 less expensive and 10 oz of sugar and some palm oil wouldn't kill me. But I was astounded at the fact that the texture is rather sticky, which you would it would not be with the palm oil added, but it stuck to the back of my throat, felt need water to get it down. Worst of all by comparison is that it is nauseatingly sweet and this sugar overpowers the Almond flavor and leaves an aftertaste of all sweet -- much more sugary than commercial brands. I would definitely avoid either the smooth or the crunchy and read label very carefully to make sure that you get the bear even if you have to pay 2 to $3 more ajar. If you don't want palm oil, salt and sugar, just make sure you buy the one with the big B in a circle on the lid because it's hard to find on the face of the label. This is the one suggestion I would make to Barney's if they make it is there to tell the difference by redesigning their label.
