Found these very helpful
I have been taking these for a few days now. They have definitely lifted my mood. I haven't long had a major operation, which was traumatic and affected me mentally. I am starting to feel better

Effective !
I have suffered low mood and anxiety throughout much of my adult life. My GP prescribed Sertraline which was effective, but I don’t get on with the side effects, so came off them. My symptoms soon returned so I thought hypericum might help. It has, immensely. Great product!

They do work
Definitely felt alot more alert and alive after taking 2 of these while usually I can get so down I don't want to do anything. They pretty much do what the box says. Will be buying again

Fantastic suplement
I bought st johns wart as didn't want to go back on antidepresents .I suffer from anxiety from time to time but since been in menapause it happens alot more when having hot flushes and palpertations threw the night .I've been on st johns wort for 5 days I take one on a morning and one on a night .I didn't expect it to work It has changed my life did make me feel a bit groggy for 3 day but after that I'm back to my happy self and not waking up threw the night having anxiety and flushes .I wasn't expecting much from st johns wort but no more anxiety in the 5 days its like a miracle drug .I will be buying these again .

Fingers crossed they're working
It's been 4 days since I've started taking these tablets, 2 a day, one in the morning and one in the eve and I've noticed a change already. More happy, less bothered maybe. Will continue with them and see if any more changes appear.

I’m not really sure if these work
I’m not really sure if these work or not, I am going through a really bad time at the moment and feel that I am beyond the scope of these tablets I should go to the doctor for something prescribed, they may be good for others but not really me at this time, I will continue to take them but a week on I can’t really say I have noticed.
