Q: The barrel is 45mm, has anyone drilled a 45mm hole and found it did not work?

The directions I got said 2" hole. Got a 2" hole saw PERFECT. On the 2" hole package in tiny print it said 51mm for conversion from 2" Not sure where the 45mm was, I didn't see that.
