Best Simple Pleasure and Pretty too!
I've been on the fence about an electric kettle versus my traditional one. I really wanted the SMEG brand but it was too expensive so I was so happy to find this adorable, more affordable version and man, was it worth it. It heats water so fast and I swear my coffee tastes better. I love the way it looks on my counter and the fact that the cord can easily be hidden to avoid looking cluttered. I'd definitely recommend this item.

Pretty color, nice retro style
I like the size and color of it. The cord is long enough. It heats quickly with very little noise. It is easy to clean; we don't heat anything but water in it. The one thing we don't like about is is the plastic strainer in it. It can be removed. But that part is not in contact with the water rexcept for a few seconds,so that's not overly concerning to us.

Very Cute but deceptive
Super Cute, works well with my kitchen decor (Jadite) but beware:DO NOT TOUCH THE OUTSIDE OF THE KETTLE WHEN IT'S IN USE.The handle is cool to the touch but if you need two hands to pour, for whatever reason, use potholders or something because you will definitely burn the skin off your hands if you touch the outside of the pot when it's hot. This is something to get use to as I had a Braun kettle since 2005 and it just died. It was not metal so no quite an issue. No need to let the water 'boil' because the water gets hot enough prior to boiling. We are enjoying it but I really felt I had to put the caution out there.

OVERPRICED
I’ve had this for almost a year. The knob on the top of the lid has been wobbly since shortly after buying. I’m just waiting for it to fall off. Then I won’t be able to get the lid off. The coffee pot in general is aesthetically pleasing to the eye but it ends there. It gets mineral buildup inside just like every other coffee pot and has to be cleaned regularly. The screen on the inside is a useless feature. Nothing special going on here.

So easy to use
I bought this for my elderly mom and she loves it. It's so much easier to use than a tea kettle. The water heats up quickly and it turns off by itself so she doesn't have to worry about turning off a stove. Even if she falls asleep and forgets it turns off by itself. This makes it a very convenient and useful product.

Very happy with this kettle!
This kettle is fabulous!! I was looking for something that was mostly all metal inside and didn’t give a plastic taste to the water and this kettle is perfect. Highly recommend

A nice product, attractive and working well
Bought this kettle (yellow) after a previous one didn't make it more than a few months before plastic parts began to degrade. Key for this one was finding a product that had only metal/enamel contact with the water – particularly avoiding a plastic lid.The only complaint is that the lid is a very tight fit, so opening it to fill would be a bother. Turns out you can fill it quickly and easily through the spout without having the wrestle the lid off.We immediately removed the filter piece, as our water never seems to produce anything that gets stopped by such filters in kettles, and they often degrade - probably putting junk into your drink eventually. Works very well without it.Previous kettles have been bad for a messy pour as well, whereas this one pours very smoothly and cleanly. Very happy with it, and would buy again. Also - wasn't clear in the listing when we got it (changed now?) but there is indeed an 'ON' light on the switch when you activate it. Was prepared to live without it for a clean pour and no-plastic, but am very glad it is there, as I glance over often to remember if I'd turned it on or not. Also: the butter-yellow colour looks nice.

love it
I’ve been shopping for a kettle for a few weeks since my long-time, eavesdropping kettle of many years gave up the ghost. I read many reviews (thank you reviewers) so that i could make an informed choice - the reason i’m leaving a review.i’ve has this Buydeem kettle for one week. I love it. It’s trendy. It’s quiet. It does what i need, boil water. The lid fits nicely, easy to remove, but secure when pouring. Pours well, hands are safe from steam due to long handle design. Generous wide open mouth to fill with water. Has a maximum fill engraving on the inside - easy to see/read. Some people revived that it doesn’t have a fill window (my old kettle did) - i like this better; it feels cleaner. It does have a pouring screen that is plastic, with a plastic frame holds it in place. Not my favourite feature. I can remove the filter, but the filter holder is still there and it is plastic - the filter holder should be made of metal like the rest of the inside of the kettle! (Only downfall). Kettle shuts off on its own after boiling. Also shuts off if you lift it off base and set it back on - good feature for me, cuz i warm up water to mix with my dog’s food, but don’t need kettle to finish it’s boil once i’ve used the warmed water. Switch on button is soft and sensitive, but not annoyingly, once you get used to it. Love the green colour. It is gentle light green and adds some class and style to the typical boring stainless look of most kitchen gadgets. No comments on warranty or policy as i’ve only owned product one week. The quality feels like it will last for awhile, maybe not as long as my last kettle, but hopefully this one also has stories to tell after years of long, late nights of gossip over tea.

Works well and looks great!
I purchased this after purchasing the toaster about a year ago. In terms of noise, I actually had a stainless steel kettle prior that was definitely noisier than this. If you are replacing a plastic kettle, just the fact that it is mettle will make it noisier but definitely not an issue. I saw one comment on the handle not matching the toaster. It actually does. The toaster has the same grey accents on the side of the dials. Very happy with both purchases and have received several compliments. Products reliable and lid was not hard to get off.

Hot and Fast
The water boiled to about 190°C which is very hot imo. If you want a kettle that doesn’t get this hot it might not be the one for you. But I love it. It boiled the full max water amount very quickly.I like that the kid is not the type that pops up with a button as I find those get defective too quickly. The lid goes on and off easy for me with no difficulty and it needs to be snug or you won’t have a quick boil. I hope it stays tight over time. The size is perfect. Not too big or too small. No need for a massive kettle unless you make large pots of tea on a regular basis.
