As a former pizza cook/dough preparer in the food industry ('Dough Master Of the Universe,' was a title bestowed me by my mgr at Pizza Hut) I can appreciate the simplicity yet the effectiveness of these rigid dough portioners. I used them to cut the pizza dough into precise sections for each pan size. These are not flexible scrapers, which I also utilized in my past food service employment, used to mix, portion, and scrape the bowl. I actually bought these knives to cut GreenStuff epoxy putty into shapes once I flatten it to fashion tarps for my scale Armour models. They work wonderfully well for this application. The beveled edge allows you to make cuts easily as you press the knives into the putty. Much better than cutting with an X-Acto blade, which tends to tear the putty. These knives are good quality, and I haven't seen any rust since I've been putting them to frequent use, outfitting my 1/35 panzers with tarps and my winzig Grenadiers with Zeltbahn....

Got this to chop up boiled eggs for egg salad and it works great.

The measurements on each scraper really helps with making perfect sized rolls and they’re so sharp it makes it easy to cut the dough once it’s rolled out. Easy to clean.

Initially the dough scrapers seem great. They are thin, I like the colour red. Only time will tell with respect to their durability.

Seems good so far. Sturdier than my last one. I particularly like the equivalent measurement table. They say it is etched in, so it should not wear off, like my old one. I hope so as I refer to this quite a bit. Wish it had grams on it though, too.

The product is of a good quality. The price for two is a good bargain. Very easy to use and not sharp to cause any injuries. The marking on the blades are helpful. Good buy
