Easy lumbar support for your expensive chair.
Easy to install, and slides up and down with pressure to adjust position. It doesn't lock in place, but if you are sitting properly it stays where you put it. Comfortable enough for a task chair.

Thing will not stay in place
I've had this thing for a while now... Thing sucks. Always pops out of the back as it slides up the rails. Seems like a bad design overall. I've added on large clips on the ends to try and minimize it but it's a daily occurrence now. At this rate I'll be checking out the glue gun.Otherwise it's comfortable and works when it stays in place.I thought this was FROM the original manufacturer?
