Super comfy. The fitted part around the ankle makes them hard to put on but they’re comfortable once on. There’s a bit of a seam where the stretchy part of the tongue is stitched to the main part that I was worried would be uncomfortable but I don’t actually feel it once they’re on. I ordered a wide size and they fit as keen’s typical wider fit, comparable to various other keen shoes I’ve bought.

Owned for 2 months now. As an HVAC tach I typically walk 8000-12000 steps a day. And I have been in the habit of slipping shoes on and off for years, these shoes easily allow me to do. If you like shoes to be tight fitting these may not be for you. Or they could if you replace the bungee lace with normal shoe laces. I like the bungee lace for easy on/off slippage though. I gave it a 3 star for water resistance and I want to explain. About lower half of shoe is solid water resistant if not water proof! The upper half is not at all whatsoever. It is very breathable. I walk in wet grass all the time and my socks are always nice and dry. But if I get the top breathable portion wet at all it may easily get my sock a little wet. I just hope these last. If I can get more than a year out of them I will def repurchase. Very very comfy. Also fwiw I always double up on insoles cuz my feet are a little flat and I need double support. They are very comfy for long periods.

Indstury: Aerospace workshop Floor type: Concrete Workplace climate: Air-conditioned Country climate: Hot and humid year round (85~%RH) I have been wearing this pair of boots for about 3 months+ now. Let me just say this, this is hands down the most comfortable work shoes I have ever worn. It is so comfortable that during my off days, wearing my sneakers and trainers just feel off and makes me notice how uncomfortable they are. The build quality is superb. So far no signs of wear nor any leather peeling off, although I did applied leather conditioner prior to use. In additional to comfort, it has great maneuverability too, boots flex easily, which comes handy when squating down. Even working on a concrete floor environment, moving and standing around for an 9 hours shift did not cause any fatigue in my legs. With the pros out of the way, now comes the cons. It is hot, VERY hot wearing this pair of boots, even in a air conditioned environment, my feets sweat so much it can leave a wet print on the floor. Granted that this shoes are probably not designed for the climate I am at, I would like to give keen the benefit of the doubt, and not drop a star due to this. Also one thing I have noticed is that wearing this shoes makes me a static magnet. Everywhere I touch, boom, static shock. Probably has something to do with the EV protection, but it is just a minor inconvenience, so likewise, no penalising of the review. Lastly, a small inconvenience I have encountered was the hassle to wear and take off these boots due to the mid cut shoelaces, but I left it slightly loose and turned it into a slip on/off shoe so no problems for that. All in all, a really good work boots that offers comfortability, durability, protection and looks quite fashionable? (At least to me) Good job to the guys at Keen. For those looking to buy, just consider the heat issues and everything else is fine. Will update the review in a years time for the durability. P.s. typed this on my phone.
