This product is worth buying for a good top end workout I think it's a brilliant device I highly recommend.

Brilliant equipment can be used at home or on the go very compact and easy to use highly recommended

I was sceptical but it works. Anything above level 8 and you feel it after a number of sets. No exercise examples but plenty online, you tube. Study construction, not too heavy. Easy to store. Knocked a star of as the resistance level indicator sticker wasn’t put on correctly

Used 4-5 times so far, definitely feel the effect, I’m 60, fit but not upper body strong. Now hurts in all the right places, started on 6, upto 8 now, doing 20 reps. Definitely feel it’s working. Good construction, well built. I did check all the nuts and bolts before using, they were fine. Got two clamps with it, tied together so as not to lose them. Size good, grips good for big hands. Highly recommended for exercising in small places. Easily stored.

I used my friends one over the weekend and none of us could do level 20, could barely get it moving.With the one I received today I can do 20 as if it was about 15.I can hear the liquid squelching inside the chamber so I assume it's not as powerful because it's not full.The power adjuster is pretty difficult to move on mine as well.Regardless of the problems I'm still fairly happy with it, at least I can't over exert myself too much with it.As a product idea and design I think it's excellent for working muscles and challenging yourself.
