Mid size paper gift bags.
They do look like the picture and are fit for purchase. I wouldn’t call them large but rather mid size/medium-large. For example a shoe box would be way too big for the bag.I brought them as the description said large and I would be using them for children gifts which tend to bulky items.. My fault is I should have checked the dimensions rather than the header.
