Challenging yet comfy — great for balance and stability
I’ve been using this balance pad regularly during workouts and light physical therapy exercises, and it really pushes my core and ankles more than just standing on the floor. The foam is firm and supportive without feeling hard—just the right amount of wobble to make exercises effective but not dangerous. It’s easy to toss in my gym bag or carry around the house since it’s lightweight and compact. The textured surface gives a good grip whether I use it barefoot or in socks. Cleaning is simple—I just wipe it down after use, and it hasn’t absorbed sweat or started smelling. I’ve had it for a couple of months now, and it’s holding up really well so far. My balance and stability feel noticeably better, and it’s helped me stay consistent with home workouts. Overall, it’s a solid piece of equipment for the price, and I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it.

Helps with single leg strength
Definitely helps with working on single leg strength

Durable, lightweight, and effective.
These foam pads do exactly what I purchased them to do. They provide a slightly unstable surface to practice my balance maneuvers, e.g., standing on one leg for a minute or more and standing steadily one foot immediately behind the other for a minute or more. I’ve only had them for a month, but they seem more durable than the blow up discs that need a pump and needle to blow them up, tend to lose air over time, and occasionally tear or pop at the seams. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Good But Not PT Level
I ordered this coming off of Physical Therapy for my knee where I was balancing on a pad somewhat like this. This is firmer than the PT pad, but still very good for balancing on one leg and I'm sure the price is better than a PT level balance pad.

Great for PT and core work-out
I broke my femur and had 2 rods placed in that area. PT experts got me thru the initial weakness, loss of strength and loss of balance...within 6 weeks, I was given PT exercise to do at home. It was recommended that I buy a balance pad for home. I tried 2 others but didn't like their shape or firmness/lack of firmness. This pad was the right one for me...and it's holding up very well. I use it 4 days per week going on 5 months now! Well made, good design and good value for the money.

I love this thing with all of my being
I leave this in the middle of my living room and it entices me to do piston squats and single leg deadlifts everyday. Great knee pad for hip openers, and great for calf raises. I even use it to lift my knee to deepen lying hamstring stretches. Big fan.

Structural integrity not as strong as other brands
Purchased as the product seemed similar to what my daughter used for rehab. She weights only 120 pounds, but after 3 days of use, there was a distinct compressed impression of her foot in the cushion from balancing on one foot. There is a clear difference from this manufacture to that of whatever was used in her therapy as this does not have the same structural integrity to spring back after repeated use. Not a big problem so far with her lighter weight, but may cause more issues for users that weigh more.
