I would have given this a 5 as it works well. But way too expensive for a nasal spray. My prescription sprays are cheaper. Lol.

This nose spray really opens my sinuses so I can sleep at night. I love it! I will definitely buy it again!

This product says what it is intended for the open nasal passages wide. I recommend this product.

A good product that works well, but is sometimes hsrd to find.

I have severe allergies and terrible sinuses. I constantly take allergy medications as well as use essential oils externally to help with the stuffiness so that I can breath. I have also went to using a netipot daily. I saw this and was pulled in due to being essential oils! It does help open everything up. There is a slight tingle from the peppermint but not terrible. I have also realized that if your feet are dry though your sinuses will also be dry and no matter what you put in or on them to help it only deal with it for a short time. Have to get the root of the problem, your feet.

My son has allergies. His nose gets dry/bloody and he sneezes. He is also congested. Everything flares up with spring time. I bought this and gave it a consistent try for over a week. It didn't do anything. I'm disappointed especially with the cost
