Great quality great price
The size of this is perfect. It is plastic but it’s very sturdy for $99. Honestly you can’t go wrong. I’m able to take this with me in my camera bag and travel. It’s a game changer the mini attachments it has fit a multitude of cameras, the only thing that could say would be that the instructions could be put together a little better, but YouTube has plenty of videos to simplify the installation. Once you spend a little time with it. I believe you’ll come to the same opinion that this is a amazing and very cost-effective device.

great even though I cut it in half :-)
I really liked the Desview T2, but wanted a slightly bigger mirror so I could use a bigger monitor. The T3 is perfect for both teleprompting and videoconferencing. I think the glass is better than on the T2. I cut the whole bottom off of it so that I could position a 10" camera monitor properly, but that was my plan all along.

Easy portable telepromper
This teleprompter is a great setup for a quick and straightforward install. The teleprompter does take some time to put together, so just keep that in mind. I would say it took me about 20 minutes to set up in total. The package basically includes everything you will need for attaching it to almost any lens and adding the phone or tablet that will reflect the words.Once I got it set up, it was just a matter of putting lens ring adaptors on my lens and sliding it into position. Then just placing my phone or tablet on the teleprompter. Maybe 1-2 minutes max, and it doesn't take up much space which is nice. Functionality, is pretty straightforward, the teleprompter simply reflects whatever you have on your phone or tablet. This makes reading scripts much easier for the speaker.I found there are a few ways to get your text to show up on the teleprompter. The first being the Best View app, which definitely has its quirks, but it is the only app that will work with the blue tooth remote setup. The blue tooth remote basically just allows you to remotely scroll the words at your own pace. You also have the option of just letting the app auto-scroll which makes the script scroll at a dedicated speed.Another option if you don't want to use the Best View app, there are a bunch of teleprompter apps in the app store. I was using an app simply called teleprompter and it also did a great job. The downside of using an app that isn't best view, is you cannot use the blue tooth scrolling remote, so you are limited to just letting the auto scroll function do it's job. If you have a good speaker, this usually isn't a problem at all.Another nice feature is the teleprompter has cold shoe mounting locations on top, which would allow you to put a light or microphone on top. I would be cautious with this, since it would be adding more weight to the front of the camera lens which is already heavy due to the teleprompter. All in all, I am happy with this purchase. It is a relatively inexpensive way to have a quick and easy teleprompter setup on the go. The prompter does exactly what it is meant to do. Once you figure out your application of choice to display the script, it should be a breeze to setup and use!

Cool, but
I had to get a hood to block out light leak onto both DSLR and iPhone cameras.
