This headset is everything you need. Affordably priced, great battery life and an extra battery, super comfortable, quality sound and durable! The only issue I have is powering it on and off. There is only one button with multiple functions and it's taking me some time to figure out the specifics. I've only had it for a week and I haven't had to charge it or change out the battery. No issues with being heard or of hearing others and in Florida's heat it's still comfortable and stays put in my ear.

Purchased for office environment. Background noise cancelling is excellent. Caller on the line is not able to hear anything going on in my background. It is very comfortable to wear. The one button for everything (power,volume,etc) is a little hard to navigate. It often defaults to power on or off. Battery life is great compared to most. I am on the phone constantly and have made it through 2 work days so far without having to charge. Came with extra battery pack. I have gone through so many headsets/options and literally have 7 sets laying around. Each one has its own pitfalls. But this one finally meets all my criteria. (Battery life, wireless, clear calls, VOIP compatibility, teams and zoom capabilities, noise cancellation for other end of the line callers, still hear clearly if someone in office talks to me in person, easy setup on computer) Have not tried music or phone connectivity as this is solely used in office for me. It’s 5.3 Bluetooth so should hook up to any phone easily. If you are looking for an alternative to the bulky office headsets.. this one is highly recommended.

I got this Bluetooth headset because I needed to be able to take calls while driving without using the phone. This device is very easy to set up and I am pleased with the quality so far. Usually with Bluetooth headphones you end up sounding like a tin can with a hollow sound but this device provides crystal clear audio with noise cancelling feature build in. The fit is great and it doesn’t feel heavy on the ears. Definitely a great purchase

I've actually been using the earpiece for a while. I liked it well enough, until someone heard some birds that were outside, that I could just barely hear, and asked if I had a bunch of birds in my house. Apparently it picks up EVERY sound in a 5 mile radius. They are not noise canceling AT ALL. But it does have good sound quality on both sides of the call. It's comfortable. The batteries each last weeks on a charge for me. Once one dies, put it on to charge and grab the other one. Don't buy if you work in a crowded call center, or have animals or kids at home. If you have a very quiet environment, it's a good little ear piece.
